公言梅，中共党员，现为清华大学国际研究生院博士后。2023年于上海大学获得博士学位。研究方向为新能源材料，以纳米材料为主，主攻电催化剂。通过调控催化剂的种类、形貌以及表面电子结构，优化吸脱附过程，从而提高电催化效率，并可以通过原位及非原位的表征，对电催化反应机理进行研究。目前以第一作者身份发表SCI论文5篇。参加过中国新能源材料与器件学术会议、中国化学会学术年会、“智能表面研讨会2023”等学术会议。
